Everything was great, even so a few employees were not very friendly. The room was well-appointed with king sized bed and smaller amenities plus a couple of chairs and the location was incredible.

We stayed in Room 202 facing George St. The excessive noise of students partying and yelling made it impossible to get any sleep. Across the street a young man was playing an electric guitar until after 3:00. I turned my bedside lamp on at 3:00 to discover bugs crawling on the bottom sheet of the bed. Having worked in Public Health for 30 years I could determine that they were bedbugs. My husband managed to kill two of them and he immediately went to the front office. The young man at the desk gave us plastic bags to put our luggage in and moved us to another room on the 4th floor. He was concerned and apologetic. Our weekend was completely ruined not to mention fear of transmitting bedbugs to our home. We feel violated and would never stay at this hotel again. We have still not brought our luggage and clothing into our home. We were not charged for our room but this does little to erase the impact of this experience. This entire hotel needs to be fumigated with heat treatment so that guests are not infested with these disgusting parasites!

The place was clean with a consistently courteous and exceptionally nice staff. There were very comfy beds and a fridge, a microwave, and air conditioner inside the room. the location was wonderful, very close to a performing arts theater. I went to a great restaurant and greatly enjoyed the Indian dishes.

The staff here were always super friendly and really polite. the room was really tidy and pretty big, plus it had a cool fireplace. 🔥

I had a good stay for our weekend. I was offered toast, cereal, muffins, and yogurt in the morning. The room was good sized, air-conditioned, and the bed was comfortable. The setting was incredible, close to many restaurants of different tastes, a movie theatre, and all major attractions. It was only 1 km away from Hutchison House Museum.
